Girl Party Days 5 & 6

Well Day 5 started with making clay and building lots of fun things.

Then we had to practice our dancing with our Hanna Montana Hero. Oh what fun to line dance to Hanna.

The dancing was so good that even a buck deer had to come and watch. Pretty close huh.

Then no girl party would be complete without a trip to the mall and shopping with Grandma. After they each found the outfit they could not live without, it was off to the Chinees Buffet for lunch.

Then the Girl Party went to the movie on Saturday afternoon. Saturday evening was spent on the Disney Channel, videos, and packing.

Sunday morning the girls went to Young Women's with Grandma. Lunch and then home.

As you can see 2009 was a great Girl Party and I even heard planning for next year.

Day 4 of Grandma's Girl Party 2009

Day 4 did not begin until 7:30 am. Yes everyone was worn out from
Lagoon and slept in. After breakfast and packing up, it was off to the Great Harvest Bread Store. They learned how to make bread and how much fun it would be to work at the bread store. Oh yes they came home with 8 loaves of bread.

Then it was home to Green River. The weather looked better that afternoon than the Friday forecast so it was off to the lake. As you can see we caught a couple of fish and had fun in the water.

Day 2 and 3 of Grandma's Girl Party 2009

WOW!! Lagoon a Beach!! Oh what fun!!!

Day 2 saw Aspen, Autumn, Hailey and Harmony go off to Day Camp while Grandma and Paige got to spend some time bonding with Everett and Oakley. No pictures available so just imagine all the Day 2 fun.

DAY 3 Saw Grandma and the Girls at Lagoon. This was like the old days when you stay at the Lagoon Campground and spend from opening to closing at the park. The following Pictures are the evidence of a fun Day 3 at Lagoon

2009 Grandma's Girl Party Day 1

Day 1 began with Grandma meeting Jen, Paige and Hailey in Ogden. The girls went with Grandma to Todd's to watch Aspen and Autumn in a Swim Meet. What fun to have race winners.

Memorial Day 2009

What a great weekend! We make it to Star Valley and had a great time. As you can see below, two cousins that are best friends. Check out Everett's hair. He has come a long ways since the Chemo treatments and lost hair.

We went on a hike up Cedar Creek Canyon. There is a pipe that goes underground up the canyon and it comes out in this pond. We put sticks in the pipe and waited for them to come up in the pond.

Aspen found that snail hunting was lots of fun. She found lots, but did not want them for dinner.

Cousins that really like each other. What fun they have together. The best part was the final plans of Grandma's Girl Party and the Boy Party.

What a great Storm Trooper. The people at the putting green were really impressed with a Storm Trooper, Darth Vader, and Spiderman putting on the green at Star Valley Ranch.

Then there was the swimming pool. Lot's of fun and what beautiful scenry surrounding the pool.

Even Grandma and Oakley are having a great time.

We even tried some fishing. The grandkids confirmed that "Fishing is boring - Catching is Fun"

What a great time together. This is the best part of being back in Star Valley. The family loves to come back and have a great time. It is really great to be together as a family. The best part is enjoying the friendships and love together.
